Neo-classical style red brick building, 2 storey, 5 bays. Central portico with paired columns at front, and square pilasters behind. Pedimented windows on ground floor. Balustrade atop portico and roof cornice. Hipped mansard roof with round-headed dormers. Ashlar quoins, and cement render dressing.
