Bowen Vault, Milltown Cemetery

Tall carved limestone vault in a Gothic style. Octagonal roof with miniature balustrade and octagonal pinnacles. Shouldered doorway with wrought iron gates with carving inside, including angels in corners and vaulted ceiling.

    Surface dissolution of limestone is reasonably heavy in places, with fossils sitting proud of the surface and occasionally heavy pitting.
