Baroque Revival style symmetrical 5 storey, square plan building. East front façade has central door case with rusticated columns set in a frontispiece whose quoins run up to a moulded cornice above first floor. Arcades of giant order attached columns at 2nd/3rd floors support main cornice. Circular corner bays rise to double storey towers with copper domes. Cleaned in 1980’s.
