Two storey hall church with pitched slate roof. Square tower in NW corner. Double paired Gothic windows. 2 cross-gables on each side elevation with oculus windows sandstone dressing. Modern extension at rear to South.

    Basalt is in good condition but there is some evidence of localised sandstone detailing deterioration through scaling, flaking and granular disintegration with loss of architectural definition.
