Three storey Classical style building, 3 bays by 5. Rusticated ashlar stone on the ground floor, deep cornice and balustrade. Slightly advanced central bay with door and first floor blind niche, topped by pediment. All bays on both main façades have 2 storey recessed arches, with windows at each floor.
