Main Block, Portora Royal School, Enniskillen
County Fermanagh

Classical style school buildings, with central block flanked by side wings. Central block is 7 bays long and 3 storeys with large rectangular sash windows on ground and first floor, and smaller square sash windows on 2nd floor. Ground floor windows have flat architrave. Either side of the main block is a Tuscan colonnade joining the centre to one bay, 2 storey wings. Wings have 1 sash window on first floor, and tripartite sash window with console-bracketed architrave on ground floor. Colonnade has large sash windows with central square-topped doorway on ground floor, with 3 rounded-arch windows with interspersed pilasters on first floor
