Large Classical style 2 storey, 9 bay country house with large pedimented open porch with 4 large Doric columns. Ground floor square-topped double door with pilasters. South side has sash windows, 2 doors, canted bay window, and stone porch. N.B. sandstone (Ballyness) came from a quarry on the Colebrooke estate called Altabrock (OS memoirs of Ireland)
