Three storey bank in a Neo-Classical style around 2 façades with canted corner. Ground floor has a corner doorway with pilasters and carving above. Three rounded arch windows on each façade with columns in between. Additional end bay to Strand Road elevation with door at ground level, window above at each floor. First and 2nd floors have sash window on corner, and 3 to each façade
