Flemish Gothic style, 2 storey, 10 bay building in red-brick with stone dressings. Rounded tower in centre with rounded arch doorway and plaque above. At North end are 4 large casement windows on ground and first floor. South end has 3 rounded arched openings on ground floor, door and 2 windows. Pointed arch casement windows at top. Rounded arch doorway at far South with datestone above and casement window to left. Above door, first floor is set back with pointed arch doorway onto the City Walls
