Scottish Baronial style, 2 storey plus attic, Courthouse. Crow stepped gables with square corner towers and open arcade between towers. Three ocular windows to first floor. Windows red brick dressing. Pitched slate roof. Red sandstone dressing on arcade, columns and doorways
