Classical style 2 storey, 3 bay front with slim pilasters and pedimented gable. Tall rectangular ground floor opening from when a market house. Main block is 2 bays deep. Central square tower with balustrade and cornice to rear, with small round arch windows, rectangular doorway with light flanked by 2 storey, 1 bay projections. Pitched slate roof to main block
