Two storey, 11 bay Gothic style University building with projecting central and end bays. Centre has an octagonal attached turret and canted oriel window, Tudoresque doorway at base, crocket finials at top. Ground floor windows are square-topped with ogee tracery, first floor are Tudoresque with ogee tracery, quatrefoils above upper windows
