Classical style college. Five bay, 3 storey centre section with 2 bay, 2 storey section either side. Centre section has rounded arch windows on ground floor, square-topped sash windows on first and 2nd floor (smaller on 2nd). End sections have square-topped doorway with fan and sidelights and 1 sash above. One casement window on ground floor with scroll brackets and 1 sash above, inset in a rounded arch
