Square 2 storey Courthouse with parapet, 3 bays to North and West façades. Central bay slightly advanced. Ground floor has large rounded arch doorway and windows. Upper floor has tall sash windows. Quoins, courses, plinth and dressing painted. Coursed rubble with galleting. Hipped shallow tiled roof
