Gothic style church consisting of nave with 2 projecting gabled porches on North side. Right-hand front doorway is pointed arch with hood-mould. Left-hand side has recessed doorway and lancet windows. West gable has a rose window below 3 lancet windows. South face lean-to aisle, SW corner 1 storey corridor with doorway and pitched slate roof, leading to square tower with crenellation and rendered octagonal spire. Un-coursed rubble, ashlar sandstone dressing
