One storey range with rectangular casement windows above with sandstone dressing and mullions. Projecting central gabled porch with recessed pointed arch doorway, fine moulding, inscription and crown. Projecting gable on left-hand side of 2 bay wing, 3 bay wing on right-hand side, no projection. Pitched slate roof. Plain ashlar Scrabo sandstone dressing
