Greek style octagonal 2 storey on basement “temple”. Two porches with covered capitals, Hellenistic with Egyptian influence, supporting a balustrade. Tall Georgian windows on both floors. Domed circular projection which contains a staircase. Pyramidal roof, 3 step plinth all around walls
