Ardnabannan, 3 Ardnabannon Road, Annsborough
County Down

Two storey Italianate house. Built in buff-coloured brick with sandstone quoins and dressing. Classical cornice and pediment, with hipped roof behind. Main façade 3 bays wide with a central projecting porch with balustrade. Door with semi-circular fanlight. Canted bay at North end of West face. Porch side entrance blocked with sandstone. Converted into an outdoor pursuits centre in 1967. Lime pointing on stone dressing. Quoins tooled on the ground floor, but not first floor
