Italian Gothic style 4 storey building with side tower on East façade. Tooled ashlar sandstone quoins and details on doors/windows, stone cornice. Originally had steep pitched roof with dormers and large stone chimneys, all lost in 1941 blitz. Originally Richardson Sons and Owden’s warehouse, later the Water Office and now Marks and Spencers
