Classical style 5 storey commercial building. Ground floor shop fronts faced with polished granite. Upper 4 floors are Giffnock Sandstone; 4 shallow canted bay windows on each floor with a 5th wrapping around the North-East corner, and clock at top of corner. First floor windows are lightly shouldered with detailed carving across the top, square pilasters in between and carved circles between bays. 2nd floor windows are square-topped with keystones and alternating pointed and curved pediments, 3rd floor are square-topped with keystones. 4th floor has chamfered stone detail and keystones
