Classical style, 2 storey, 10 bay building with basement, built in red-brick with stone dressings. Central shouldered doorway with light and flower shaped window above in large stone surround with pilasters (Venetian capitals) and balustrade. Square-topped windows in basement, lightly rounded on ground floor, and paired rounded windows on first floor. Pediment on gable centre with burning bush carving and “ardens sed virens”, giving a hint of original use as Presbyterian offices and assembly rooms
