Central entrance is rounded arch with keystone, other 2 are square-topped, all with Corinthian columns. Ground floor topped by balconies and balustrade. First floor has square-topped windows, pediment at both ends and balcony over central window. Second floor windows have segmental arch heads with keystone. Balustrade at top
