Baroque Late Victorian style in Glasgow Blonde Sandstone. Rusticated granite pilasters between shops. Chamfered corners rising to octagonal turrets with fish-scale copper roofs. Central bay set forward in shallow bow under pediment. Channelled first floor, giant order semi-fluted attached Corinthian columns on plinth supporting cornice to balustraded parapet
