Presbyterian Manse, 73 James Street, Cookstown

Classical style stone façade to a rendered, 2 storey, 3 bay house with stepped quoins. Cornice with shallow blocked parapet, central door with side lights, slim portico and 4 plain columns. Two bay windows flanking. Upper floor has 2 segmental arch windows flanking a central Venetian style window
