Classical style 2 storey rectangular building, 5 bays by 2. Central doorway with fanlight and semi-circular archway with 2 attached columns. Flanked by large rectangular sash windows with plain keystones, upper floor has smaller sash windows. Deep cornice on brackets and blocked parapet. Built on plinth with stepped quoins
