Rectangular 2 storey, 8 bay range. Large sash windows each floor with plain cornice. Rounded arch doorway. Two rounded arch windows with brick dressing to East gable. Built onto West end is a tall 3 storey, 3 bay building in same style and alignment. Central rounded arch doorway with stone surround. Main block ground floor is sandstone, upper and attached house in limestone. Pitched slate roof
