Waterloo Building, St. Lucia Barracks, Omagh

Classical style 3 storey rectangular barrack block. South side has central 3 bay breakfront with central rectangular doorway and paired narrow windows. Main block on ground floor narrow slit windows. Upper floors sash windows. North side has 2 one bay gabled breakfronts with flanking attached round towers and narrow slit windows. Granite band course
