Scottish Permo-Triassic Sandstone

The majority of Scottish Permo-Triassic sandstones used in Northern Ireland fall under the Red Sandstone category e.g. Locharbriggs and Ballochmoyle. Only one Buff-Pink Permian sandstone (Clashach Sandstone) is represented here and this is a relatively recent addition, used as a replacement stone on Methodist College, Belfast in 2005
