Classical style 3 storey red-brick building with red sandstone dressings. Square-topped entrances and windows on ground floor, rounded arch on 1st and square-topped on 2nd floor. Dutch gable in centre with 2 small windows, small tower extension at either end with half-columns, pilasters, and bell-shaped roof. Rounded arch entrance at South end with canted bay window on 1st floor and Belfast coat of arms.
