High Victorian style, 4 storey plus attic, 5 bay commercial building. Ground floor is modern shop front, basket arch windows on first floor, rounded arch on second, shouldered on third. Dormer window with pediment and balustrade on top. Windows to central bay are all narrower. Carved plaque in centre between 2nd and 3rd floors.
