Neo-Classical style 3 storey, 8 bay bank with 2 breakfronts. Entrance bay pedimented with Ionic squared columns. Bank windows have columned arcade to right of entrance. To left is a large flat arched opening. First floor has broken pedimented windows with keystone. Upper floor has plain openings. Large cornice on dentils and blocked parapet behind.
