Clarendon Dock Buildings

Eight bay basalt arcaded workshop in the centre with a single storey engine house in basalt built across the east end, and a handsome 2 storey stuccoed dwelling house for the dock master at West end. Detached to the West stands a plain stone building (furnace house for the boiler).

    Primary stonework is in good condition with no significant deterioration, sandstone dressing is in relatively poor condition with granular disintegration, scaling, face loss and resultant loss of architectural detail.
