Scottish Baronial style 3 bay, 1 ½ storey gate lodge with pitched slate roof. Crow-stepped gables with ball finials. Stone gabled porch doorway, again with crow-steps.

    Sandstone blockwork is in reasonable condition but with evidence on all façades of surface roughening with examples of individual blocks showing evidence of surface deterioration and loss of definition.
