Art Nouveau and Norman Shaw influences on a large 5 storey, 6 bay building. Central 4 bay, 5 storey gabled block flanked by 4 storey wings. Red brick with Giffnock dressings. Shop fronts on ground floor, first floor has 2 large rounded-arches in centre with keystones and 1 segmental headed window either side. 2nd floor has rounded arch windows with keystones. 3rd floor has square-topped windows, octagonal tower on North-East corner with domed roof.
