Three storey, four bay Neo-Classical style bank. Rusticated stonework. Blocked parapet with coat of arms above deep cornice. Central two bays form a slight breakfront. Recessed sash windows with cornice hoods. Ground floor carriage arch to right hand side, with matching arch recess to left containing a straight topped door with carved leaf surround.
