Tudor style, two storey plus attic library, built in brick with stone dressings and gabled slate roof. Battlements at North end. Small cupola. Large single storey porch entrance. Casement leaded windows.

    Stonework is now in good condition, however this is due to the large amount of stone replacement carried out as part of restoration works in recent years.
