Two storey over basement Italianate sandstone façade with paired windows in end bays flanking a 3 bay, 2 storey portico of coupled Doric columns to ground floor, Corinthian above and elaborate entablature with majestic figure sculpture of Britannia, Justice & Commerce. Vermiculated lower stonework.
