Norman Romanesque style church. Five bay nave with clerestory and side aisles. Semi-circular headed recessed windows. Fronted by square bell tower with crenellation. Recessed round arch doorway. Projecting chancel of lesser height, vestry and other room in North West and South West corners. Pitched slate roof. Ashlar plinth. Faced with stone from Gortahurk according to historical sources
