Large Gothic church consisting of nave, chancel and side-aisle to North. Nave has clerestory, lean-to aisle on North side with paired lancet windows, gabled porch entrance with recessed pointed arch doorway. Projecting chancel with apse ended. West; original nave of lesser height with old projected chancel with rendered sides. North; tall large square tower with buttresses, topped with multi gableted pinnacles, balustrade, and octagonal stone spire. Pitched slate roof
