Neo-Georgian style 3 storey, 3 bay former bank. Ground floor curves out towards central doorway with casement windows either side. Double doorway with Corinthian column either side, and carving above. Above is central canted 2 storey bay with casement windows, flanked either side by pairs of sash windows. At roof level is balustrade with central coat of arms in heavily corniced surround.

Stonework Condition:Sandstone is generally in good condition but deterioration is present at the corners and edges of blocks due to the use of hard cement mortar.
